Stephanie Voss, spoke at the 2022 HOW Design Live conference in Boston, MA. This was her second time presenting at HOW. In her presentation, Plucky! Overcoming Fear and Self-Doubt, Voss shared practical steps for moving on from obstacles that creative individuals often face, such as over-thinking, over-committing, and burn out.
“Your perceived failures can actually be a launch pad for your success. When you let go of the fear that is holding you back, amazing things can happen.” said Voss.
A former design professor, Voss enjoys mentoring others and watching them reach new potentials. As a Creative Director, she brings her passion for brand strategy to built environments. Connecting with others and inspiring them to love their creative lives is what she finds most fulfilling about being a speaker.
“I’ve experienced first-hand what today’s designers are up against, and am excited to share what I’ve learned the hard way.” said Voss.

In 2022, HOW Design Live is celebrating 32 years of serving the business, creativity and technology needs of creative professionals.
